Refund & Returns Policy

At Meraaki House, we curate every piece with intention, craftsmanship, and care. We want you to feel confident and inspired in your purchase, but we also understand that sometimes a style may not be quite right for you.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.

  • There are no marks, stains, perfume scents, or signs of wear.

Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Store Credit: We’ll issue you a Meraaki House gift credit for the full value of your returned item, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Exchange: You may exchange your item for a different size, colour, or style (subject to availability).

Refunds (For Faulty or Incorrect Items Only)

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange a full refund to your original payment method, or offer an exchange at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery back to us.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our Client Care team at chaheti@meraakihouse.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will issue your store credit, exchange, or refund (if applicable) within 5 business days.
